Please prepare yourself for the upcoming meditation session by keeping yourself calm and pure mentally and physically, focusing your mind at the center of your body in silence. บัดนี้ ถึงเวลาธรรมกาย
Now, it’s Dhammakaya time,
คือเวลาปฏิบัติธรรม เพื่อให้เข้าถึงพระธรรมกาย
Time to practice meditation, in order to attain Dhammakaya
ซึ่งมีอยู่ในตัวของพวกเราทุกคน
Which already exists within all of us
เป็นที่พึ่งที่ระลึกอันสูงสุดของพวกเราทั้งหลาย
Dhammakaya is the supreme refuge for all of us
สิ่งอื่นที่จะเป็นที่พึ่งที่ระลึกยิ่งไปกว่านี้ไม่มีอีกแล้ว
Nothing else is comparable
ดังนั้นต่อจากนี้ไป
Therefore, from now on
ขอเรียนเชิญทุกท่าน ตั้งใจสวดมนต์บูชาพระรัตนตรัย โดยพร้อมเพรียงกันนะจ๊ะ

ยะมะหัง สัมมาสัมพุทธัง

ซึ่งพระผู้มีพระภาคเจ้า the Lord Buddha

Due to mental, verbal, and physical misdeeds
ในพระพุทธ พระธรรม พระสงฆ์
made upon the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha
เพียงไร,
In any cases
แต่ข้าพระพุทธเจ้า
As we all
เป็นคนพาลคนหลง
Were deluded
อกุศลเข้าสิงจิต
With defiled minds
ให้กระทำความผิด
To abuse of
ต่อพระพุทธ พระธรรม พระสงฆ์
the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha
ขอพระพุทธ พระธรรม พระสงฆ์
May the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha
จงงดความผิดทั้งหลายเหล่านั้น
Forgive all the abuses
แก่ข้าพระพุทธเจ้า
to all of us
จำเดิมแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไป
From this day forth
ข้าพระพุทธเจ้า
All of us will be
จักขอสำรวมระวัง
more careful and considerate
ซึ่งกาย วาจา ใจ
With body, speech, and mind
สืบต่อไปในเบื้องหน้า
From this day onward
อุกาสะ

More countless than the sand-grains in the Four Oceans
และสมเด็จพระพุทธเจ้า
And all the Lord Buddhas
อันจักได้ตรัสรู้
Yet to be enlightened
ในอนาคตกาลภายภาคเบื้องหน้า
In the future
และสมเด็จพระพุทธเจ้า
And all the Lord Buddhas
ที่ได้ตรัสรู้
Enlightened
ในปัจจุบันนี้
In the present time
ขอจงมาบังเกิด
May the Lords manifest themselves

Through eyes, ears

Nose, mouth

Of generosity and precepts
เนกขัมมบารมี ปัญญาบารมี
Of renunciation and wisdom
วิริยบารมี ขันติบารมี
Of perseverance and patience
สัจจบารมี อธิษฐานบารมี
Of truthfulness and resolve
เมตตาบารมี อุเบกขาบารมี
Of loving kindness and equanimity
ที่ข้าพเจ้าได้บำเพ็ญมา
That we have accumulated
นับตั้งแต่ร้อยชาติพันชาติ
Throughout
หมื่นชาติแสนชาติก็ดี
Countless lifetimes
ที่ข้าพเจ้าได้บำเพ็ญมา
That we have cultivated
ในปัจจุบันนี้
In the present time
ตั้งแต่เล็กแต่น้อย
From childhood
จะระลึกได้ก็ดี มิระลึกได้ก็ดี
Remembered or forgotten
ขอบุญบารมีทั้งหลายเหล่านั้น
May the power of merit and perfections
จงมาช่วยประคับประคองข้าพเจ้า
Secure all of us
ขอให้ข้าพระพุทธเจ้าได้สำเร็จมรรคและผล
May all of us Attain enlightenment.

บทถวายภัตตาหารเป็นสังฆทาน – Food Offering Ceremony
Announcer: “Next we will have the ceremony to offer midday meal to the monastic community. The representatives of our congregation today are …”
Announcer: “Ladies and gentlemen, the Lord Buddha once said that the virtuous ones usually practice generosity by providing fine food and beverage regularly to those who practice celibacy. By offering food to monks, it is said that you offer five qualities of life including longevity, fine complexion, good health, strength happiness and intelligence. The giver will also receive those five qualities in return. Dear all congregation, merit alone can be our refuge. Thus, please utter the words for the offering of a midday meal to the monastic community together.”
อิมานิ มะยังภันเต, ภัตตานิ, สะปะริวารานิ, ภิกขุสังฆัสสะ, โอโนชะยามะ, สาธุโน ภันเต, ภิกขุสังโฆ, อิมานิ, ภัตตานิ, สัปปะริวารานิ, ปฏิคันหาตุ, อัมหากัง, ทีฆะรัตตัง, หิตายะ, สุขายะ, นิพพานายะจะ

For the afternoon session, we will start translation again at 1.30 p.m. Thailand time, when the Most Venerable Phra Rajbhavanavisudh or Luang Phaw Dhammajayo leads the lighting of Unity Lantern and meditation practice.
