ฐานที่ ๗ ตำแหน่งของผู้รู้
(เมื่อเราได้สวดมนต์บูชาพระรัตนตรัยกันเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ต่อจากนี้ไปตั้งใจเจริญสมาธิภาวนากันนะ…………)
…ศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗ เป็นตำแหน่งที่สำคัญที่สุดในชีวิตของเราที่ได้เกิดมาเป็นมนุษย์ เพราะว่าเป็นตำแหน่งเดียวที่จะทำให้เราหลุดพ้นจากกิเลสอาสวะหรือความทุกข์ทั้งปวงได้ อย่างน้อยก็เข้าถึงความสุขภายใน สุขยิ่งใหญ่ที่ไม่มีประมาณอย่างที่เราไม่เคยเจอมาก่อนในชีวิต ศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗ นี้เป็นตำแหน่งเดียวกันกับที่พระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าทุกพระองค์นับอสงไขยพระองค์ไม่ถ้วน เมื่อท่านทิ้งทุกอย่าง ปล่อยวางทุกสิ่งแล้ว ใจก็มาหยุดนิ่งอยู่ที่ศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗ ตรงนี้ หยุดนิ่งอย่างเดียวตั้งแต่เบื้องต้นจนกระทั่งบรรลุอนุตตรสัมมาสัมโพธิญาณเป็นพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า เมื่อพระองค์นำมาอบรมสั่งสอนพระสาวก พระสาวกก็ทำตามโดยนำใจมาหยุดนิ่งอยู่ที่ตรงนี้
เมื่อทิ้งทุกอย่าง ปล่อยวางทุกสิ่งแล้ว ใจจะกลับมาหยุดนิ่งอยู่ที่ศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗ แล้วก็ตกศูนย์เข้าไปสู่ภายใน แล้วก็มีดวงธรรมเป็นดวงใสๆ ลอยขึ้นมา
อย่างเล็กขนาดดวงดาวในอากาศอย่างกลางขนาดพระจันทร์ในคืนวันเพ็ญอย่างใหญ่ขนาดพระอาทิตย์ยามเที่ยงวันสว่างเหมือนดวงอาทิตย์ยามเที่ยงวันหรือยิ่งกว่านั้น แต่จะใสเหมือนนํ้าบ้าง เหมือนกระจกบ้าง เหมือนเพชรบ้างหรือยิ่งกว่านั้นบ้าง แล้วแต่ตามกำลังบารมีที่ไม่เท่ากัน แล้วในที่สุดก็ได้บรรลุมรรคผลนิพพาน เป็นพยานในการตรัสรู้ธรรมของพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า ซึ่งมีมากมายนับไม่ถ้วนทีเดียว
เพราะฉะนั้นตำแหน่งฐานที่ ๗ จึงสำคัญมาก ซึ่งพญามารบดบังเอาไว้ไม่ให้เราได้มารู้ มาเห็น มาเข้าใจหรือมาหยุดนิ่งตรงนี้ บดบังเอาไว้จนกระทั่งเราไม่รู้จักตำแหน่งนี้เลย ซึ่งเป็นตำแหน่งที่ทำให้เราดับทุกข์ได้ อีกทั้งพญามารยังดึงใจของเราให้หลุดออกจากฐานที่ ๗ ตรึงไปติดในรูป เสียง กลิ่น รส สัมผัส ธรรมารมณ์แล้วก็เอากฎแห่งกรรมบังคับเอาไว้ ใจก็จะวนเวียนอยู่กับสิ่งเหล่านั้น ที่เรียกว่าเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้เนิ่นช้าต่อการบรรลุมรรคผลนิพพาน
เราจึงดำเนินชีวิตผิดพลาดตลอดเวลาที่ผ่านมาด้วยความไม่รู้ของเรา จนกระทั่งมีการบังเกิดขึ้นของพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้านั่นแหละ พระองค์ต้องสละชีวิตจนพบตำแหน่งนี้ ด้วยบารมีธรรม ๓๐ ทัศเต็มเปี่ยมบริบูรณ์แล้ว จึงพบตำแหน่งนี้
เพราะฉะนั้นนี่ไม่ใช่เรื่องเล็กน้อยเลย ในการที่เราได้รู้จักฐานที่ ๗ ต้องถือว่าเป็นบุญของเราที่ได้เกิดมาเป็นมนุษย์ มาพบพระพุทธศาสนาวิชชาธรรมกาย พระเดชพระคุณหลวงปู่พระมงคลเทพมุนี (สด จนฺทสโร) พระผู้ปราบมาร ท่านสละชีวิตค้นพบสิ่งนี้กลับคืนมาใหม่ แล้วนำมาถ่ายทอดจนกระทั่งถึงเรา เราจึงรู้จักศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗
เพราะฉะนั้นพึงหวงแหนตำแหน่งนี้เอาไว้ให้ดี อย่าให้ใจหลุดจากตำแหน่งศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗ หลุดจากตำแหน่งนี้ ใจก็จะมีแต่ความทกุข์ เพราะหลุดจากตำแหน่ง แห่งความสุข หลุดจากตำแหน่ง นี้ก็กลายเป็นผู้ไม่รู้อะไร ต้องอยู่ในตำแหน่งนี้ ต้องฝึกฝนไปเรื่อย ๆ ให้ชำนาญ ทำทุกวันโดยไม่มีข้อแม้ ข้ออ้าง เงื่อนไขใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
หยุดแรกนี่สำคัญมาก ทำให้เป็น อย่างนิ่งๆ นุ่มๆ เบาๆ สบายๆ ให้ใจใสๆ ใจเย็นๆ ให้เราได้มีประสบการณ์ภายใน รู้จักคำว่า “ตกศูนย์” มันมีอาการอย่างไร แล้วธรรมดวงแรกที่ปรากฏที่เรียกว่า “ปฐมมรรค” หรือดวงธัมมานุปัสสนาสติปัฏฐาน นั้นมีลักษณะเป็นอย่างไร มีสภาวธรรมเป็นอย่างไร ต้องทำตรงนี้ให้ชำนาญ ให้รู้จักทำซํ้าๆ อย่างช้าๆ ชัดๆ ซํ้าแล้วซํ้าเล่า อย่างเบาสบาย
ถ้าเราได้ครอบครองศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗ ได้ครอบครองดวงปฐมมรรค ต่อไปก็ง่ายแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นดวงศีล สมาธิ ปัญญาวิมุตติ วิมุตติญาณทัสสนะ ที่เราได้ยินได้ฟังบ่อยๆ นั้นก็จะปรากฏเกิดขึ้นให้เราได้รู้ ได้เห็น ได้เป็น ได้มีสภาวธรรมอย่างนั้น รู้จักอย่างแจ่มแจ้งว่า ทำไมเรียกว่า ดวงศีล เรียกว่า ดวงสมาธิ เรียกว่าดวงปัญญา ดวงวิมุตติ ดวงวิมุตติญาณทัสสนะ ก็จะแจ่มแจ้งกันไปเรื่อยๆ
ขึ้นอยู่กับหยุดแรก ถ้าเราวางใจเป็น ให้ความสำคัญกับตรงนี้ไม่ให้หลุดจากตำแหน่งนี้เลย แม้ว่าเราจะหลุดจากตำแหน่งอื่นทางโลกมาแล้วก็ตาม แต่ตำแหน่งนี้รอคอยเราอยู่ หลุดไม่ได้หลุดเราก็กลายเป็นผู้ไม่รู้ หลุดก็เป็นผู้ที่มีแต่ความทุกข์ทรมานของชีวิต จิตก็จะไม่ผ่องใส ไม่บริสุทธิ์เต็มที่
ธรรมดวงแรกนี้สำคัญมาก ถ้าเราทำจนชำนาญ ทำได้คล่องแล้วเราจะเข้าใจคำว่า เมื่อใดเห็นธรรมเมื่อนั้นเห็นพระตถาคตเจ้าคือวันใดที่เราเข้าถึงปฐมมรรค หยุดในหยุด นิ่งในนิ่ง ในกลางของกลางดวงปฐมมรรค พอถูกส่วนเราก็จะค่อยๆ เคลื่อนเข้าไปข้างใน แล้วก็เห็นไปตามลำดับ
เห็นดวงธรรมในดวงธรรม เห็นกายในกายจนกระทั่งไปถึงกายของพระตถาคตเจ้า คือ พระธรรมกายที่อยู่ในตัว เป็นกายผู้รู้ผู้ตื่นผู้เบิกบานแล้ว เป็นสรณะที่พึ่งที่ระลึกที่แท้จริงของเรา มีลักษณะ สวยงามมาก ได้ลักษณะมหาบุรุษครบถ้วนทุกประการ เกตุดอกบัวตูม อิริยาบถสมาธิ นั่งอยู่บนแผ่นฌาน กลมแบนใสๆ หันหน้าออกไปทางเดียวกับตัวของเรา นั่นแหละพระตถาคตเจ้าที่แท้จริงที่อยู่ภายในตัวของเรา ซึ่งมีลักษณะเหมือนพระตถาคตเจ้าที่อยู่ในกายพระมหาบุรุษ หรือพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าของเราก็เป็นกายธรรมเช่นเดียวกัน แต่ของท่านเป็นกายธรรมอรหันตสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้ามีลักษณะหน้าตาเหมือนกัน ต่างแต่ขนาด ความบริสุทธิ์ ความใสที่แตกต่างกัน เพราะฉะนั้นเมื่อใดเห็นธรรมก็จะเห็นพระตถาคตเจ้าและก็จะเข้าใจคำว่า “พระตถาคตเจ้า” เพิ่มขึ้น
ชีวิตของโลกมายาจะสิ้นสุดเมื่อใจหยุดนิ่งที่ศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ ๗ เราจะเข้าถึงชีวิตในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริงซึ่งเป็นสัจธรรม คือสิ่งที่เป็นจริง เป็นชีวิตภายใน ชีวิตภายนอกเป็นชีวิตของโลกมายาไม่จีรัง ไม่มีสาระแก่นสารอะไรทั้งนั้น
เพราะฉะนั้น ใจหยุดจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ที่พระเดชพระคุณหลวงปู่พระผู้ปราบมาร ท่านเทศน์ยํ้าอยู่เสมอว่า “หยุดเป็นตัวสำเร็จ” ที่จะทำให้แจ่มแจ้งทั้งเรื่องทางโลกและทางธรรม ทำให้แจ่มแจ้งเหมือนเราดึงของออกจากที่มืดมาอยู่กลางแจ้ง ก็จะเห็นชัดเจนว่า มันคืออะไรใจหยุดนี้จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก
ชีวิตคือการเข้ากลาง กลางใจที่หยุดนิ่งนั้นเรื่อยไป จึงจะพ้นจากการเป็นบ่าวเป็นทาสของพญามารที่เขาเอากิเลสอาสวะมาบังคับบัญชาให้เราตกเป็นบ่าวเป็นทาสของเขา บังคับให้เรากระทำผิดทางกายวาจาใจด้วยความไม่รู้ แล้วก็เอาวิบากกรรมมาบังคับซํ้าไปอีก อีกทั้งเอาธาตุปิดธาตุบังไม่ให้รู้เรื่องราวสิ่งเหล่านี้ด้วย เราจึงต้องเสียเวลาในการเวียนว่ายตายเกิดมานับภพนับชาติไม่ถ้วน
การเกิดมาด้วยความไม่รู้เป็นอันตรายอย่างยิ่ง เพราะชีวิตก็จะวนเวียนอยู่ในภพ ๓ อยู่ในคติทั้งสอง คือ สุคติกับทุคติ วนไปเวียนมาอยู่อย่างนี้
เพราะฉะนั้นเมื่อมีการบังเกิดขึ้นของพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าสิ่งเหล่านี้ก็หมดไป ด้วยการปฏิบัติตามคำสอนของพระองค์ ที่ให้ทิ้งทุกอย่าง ปล่อยวางทุกสิ่ง นิ่งอย่างเดียว นิ่งๆ นุ่มๆ เรื่อยไปเลยอย่างสบายๆ เอาตรงนี้ให้ได้ซะก่อน ให้รู้จักว่าใจหยุดนิ่งเป็นอย่างไรตกศูนย์เป็นอย่างไร ธรรมดวงแรกเป็นอย่างไร ความบริสุทธิ์เป็นดวงใสๆ ถูกส่วนเป็นอย่างไร ทำความรู้จักตรงนี้ให้ดีให้แจ่มแจ้ง
เพราะฉะนั้นเวลาที่เหลืออยู่นี้ เราก็ฝึกใจให้หยุดนิ่งนุ่มๆ อย่างเบาๆ สบายๆ ใจใสๆ ใจเย็นๆ ประคองใจให้หยุดนิ่งด้วยบริกรรมภาวนาในใจเบาๆ ว่า สัมมา อะระหัง เรื่อยไปนะ ต่างคนต่างนั่งกันไปเงียบๆ

The Seventh Base: The Position of the One Who Knows
(Having paid homage to the Triple Gem with our chanting, it is now time to practice meditation.)
The Seventh Base in the center of our body is the most important position in the life of a human being because it is the only position which can lead us to the extinguishment of all defilements and cessation of all forms of suffering. At the very least, it can lead us to inner happiness–the kind of happiness that cannot be experienced elsewhere. Every Buddha to date brought His mind to a complete standstill at the Seventh Base of His body. From the beginning until the attainment of Self-Enlightenment, He does nothing but kept His mind completely quiet and still. All of His disciples are also taught to bring their mind to a standstill at this very position.
Once one is able to let go of everything, one’s mind will come to a standstill at the Seventh Base in the center of one’s body. One’s mind will fall into the center and witness the rising of the clear Dhamma Sphere.
It may be as small as a star in the sky; it may be the size of a full-moon; or it may be as large as the midday sun. It may be as bright as the midday sun or brighter. It may be as clear as water, a mirror or a diamond, or clearer. It all depends on each practitioner’s level of Perfections. Countless Arahats have practiced meditation in this manner until they were able to attain the Path and Fruit of Nibbana and bore witness to the Lord Buddha’s attainment of Self-Enlightenment.
Therefore, the Seventh Base is an extremely important location, but Phya Mara have deliberately concealed it from us. They do not want any of us to know about it, and they do their best to conceal it. The reason is that it is the position that can lead to the end to suffering. Even after we know about the Seventh Base, Phya Mara will try their utmost to draw our minds away from it. They want us to be trapped by the different physical forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and the different types of senses and emotions. They also use the Law of Kamma to control us. They want to make sure that we do not attain the Path and Fruit of Nibbana, or they try to retard our progress as much as possible.
So we continue to make mistakes in life because of our ignorance. It is only with the appearance of the Lord Buddha that we know about the Seventh Base. But it had taken Him countless existences pursuing Perfections to the fullest extent before He could discover it.
Therefore, the fact that one knows about the Seventh Base is not all a trivial matter. It means that one must have possessed a certain level of accumulated merit to be born human and to come across Buddhism and Vijja Dhammakaya. The Great Master Phramongkolthepmuni (Sodh Candasaro), the Vanquisher of Mara, had put his life on the line in order to discover the Seventh Base and to pass the knowledge on to us.
We must guard the Seventh Base intently and not allow our mind to leave it. Outside of this location, there is nothing but unhappiness and ignorance. We must endeavor to continue practicing to bring our mind to a standstill at the Seventh Base. There must never be any excuse for not doing it.
The first time one’s mind comes to a standstill is a very important occasion. One does it by keeping one’s mind quiet, soft, light, relaxed, clear and cool. One will experience what it is like to fall into the center and what the first Dhamma Sphere or the Pathama Sphere or the Dhammanupassanasatipatthana looks like or is like. This is the step that one must keep repeating slowly, clearly, gently and comfortably over and over again until one becomes skilled at it.
Once one is able to take control of the Seventh Base and the Pathama Sphere, the rest will be easy. One will next experience the Sila Sphere, Samadhi Sphere, Panna Sphere, Vimutti Sphere, and Vimuttinanadassana Sphere respectively. And one will come to know each respective Dhamma Sphere in its entirety.
It all depends on the first time one’s mind comes to a standstill and the great care one takes in keeping one’s mind in that state. Outside of this state of the mind, there is nothing but pain and suffering because one’s mind cannot be bright, clear or entirely pure.
The first Dhamma Sphere is crucially important. If one practices it until one becomes proficient at it, one will come to understand what the statement ‘whenever one sees the Dhamma, one will see the Tathagata (the Buddha)’ means. When one attains the Pathama Sphere and continues to keep one’s mind at a standstill in the center of the Pathama Sphere, at just the right moment, one’s mind will move inward and see all that there is to be seen.
One will see the rest of the Dhamma Spheres, the respective Inner Bodies, so on and so forth until one sees the body of the Tathagata which is the Dhammakaya. It is the body of the One who possesses true knowledge, who is awakened and joyful. The Dhammakaya is perfectly beautiful because He possesses all of the physical attributes of the Perfect Man but with a lotus bud as His raised crown. He is seated in a half-lotus position on a Jhana seat that is a flat, round and clear band. He is facing the same direction as the practitioner. This is the true Tathagata dwelling inside one’s body, the same that dwells inside the Lord Buddha but differs in terms of size, purity and clarity. Therefore, it is said that when one can see the Dhamma, one will be able to see the Tathagata.
The world of illusion disappears once one’s mind can be brought to a complete standstill at the Seventh Base in the center of one’s body. One will gain entrance to the world of reality which is Truth. Life in the world of illusion cannot last, and it has no substance.
Therefore, a still and calm mind is important. It is the reason why the Great Master Phramongkolthepmuni, the Vanquisher of Mara, said repeatedly that “cessation is the key to success.” It is when the mind is at a complete standstill that one can penetrate the truth about the secular world and the Dhamma world. It is like pulling something hidden in the dark and exposing it to sunlight so that one can see clearly what it is.
Life is about entering the center. It is about entering the center of the serene and still mind without stopping. Then one will no longer be a slave of Phya Mara who use defilements to control one and keep one their slave. They keep one ignorant of the truth so that they can continue to force one to commit misdeeds physically, verbally and mentally, and then use the Law of Kamma to punish one. They conceal the truth from one to make sure that one will continue to undergo the round of rebirth endlessly.
Ignorance of the truth is extremely dangerous because it means that one will have to continue one’s life within the Three Spheres, the States of Happiness, and the States of Unhappiness forever and ever.
But with the appearance of the Lord Buddha, one can put an end to ignorance by practicing the Dhamma. Right now, let everything go and keep your mind quiet, relaxed, quiet, still, and soft. Practice this first step until you know what it is like when your mind comes to a standstill; what it is like to fall into the center; what the Dhamma Sphere looks like; what it feels like when your mind comes to a standstill in just the right way. Practice these steps first.
With the remaining time, practice keeping your mind calm, still, soft, light, relaxed, clear and cool. You can also help your mind to stay calm and still by reciting the mantra… Samma Arahang…in your mind.

第七处——智者的定点
诵念供养三宝经后，接下来请大家一起专心打坐。
身体中央第七处是人类生命最重要的定点，因为此定点可以让我们远离一切烦恼或痛苦，至少能让我们获得此前不曾获得的内在快乐。此定点的位置与无量诸佛的定点一致，当菩萨舍弃一切，将心静定于身体中央第七处，次第入定而证得菩提智，最终觉悟成佛陀。
后来佛陀指导众弟子修行，弟子们也是如法将心静定于此定点。
放下一切后，心会静定于身体中央第七处，然后不断的深入，直至生起透明的法球。
小如天空的星星，
中如正月的月亮，
大中午的太阳。
亮度也如正午的太阳或更加亮，透明度有时如清水，有时如玻璃，有时如钻石或更加的透明，这些由各自不同的波罗蜜决定。最后也会证得涅槃，成为见证佛陀正法之人，这样的人会有无数个。
因此，第七处非常重要，魔罗将其遮掩，不让我们知道、看见、了解或静定于此，但此定点能让我们灭苦。同时魔罗还来吸引我们的心，使其远离第七处，去迷恋色、声、香、味、触、法，用业果法则阻碍，让心一直受制，这正是延迟我们证入涅槃的因素。
由于无知，我们一直过着放逸的生活，直到佛陀诞生，并在圆满三十种波罗蜜后，舍身寻找到此定点。
因此，这不是一件小事，认识第七处是一个人的福报，进而有机会学习法身法门。此法门是帕蒙昆帖牟尼祖师舍身重新发掘，慈悲分享给我们，让我们得以认识。
所以，我们要重视第七处，不要让心脱离此定点。如果脱离了，心只会痛苦，因为远离了快乐之处。脱离此处就会变成无知者，所以应安住于此，并不断练习至熟练，每天如此做，没有任何附加条件与借口。
初次静定非常重要，应保持静定、轻柔的状态，让心舒服与透明。获得内在经验的同时，体会“坠落中心”的状态，以及出现第一个法球，即初道光球的特征，有怎样的状态。要熟练这一点，慢慢反复练习，同时保持轻柔舒服。
我们要善于护持身体中央第七处的初道光球，接下去就会变得很容易，此前常听闻的戒球、定球、慧球、解脱球与解脱知见球，会依次呈现，让我们观见与了解它们的状态。明白它们为什么会被称为戒球、定球、慧球、解脱球与解脱知见球。
这取决于初次的静定，如果我们懂得安放心，给予重视，不让心脱离定点。就算我们脱离世俗的各种位置，也能脱离此处。如果脱离就会让我们变成无知者，生命中只会痛苦，心无法明亮，也无法圆满纯净。
第一个法球非常重要，如果我们能练习至精通，就会明白“见法即见如来佛”这句话的意思。
什么时候证入初道光球，并在里面止中止，定中定，机缘成熟时，就会慢慢循序渐进的往内深入。
看见法球中的法球，身内身，直至见如来法身，即我们体内的法身佛。这是觉悟者的法身，是真正的皈依处。法相庄严，具足三十二大人相，头顶发髻如含苞未放的荷花，以盘腿的姿势入定，呈透明圆形状，与我们面朝同一方向。这就是在我们体内真正的如来佛相，与佛陀体内的如来佛相的特征一样，或者佛陀的法身也是如此，只是佛陀的是阿罗汉法身，外表特征一致，但尺寸、纯度与透明度不一样。因此，何时得以见法，即可见如来佛，并且更加了解“如来佛”的含义。
虚幻世界的生命，结束于心静止在身体中央第七处时，那一刻，我们会进入真实世界的生命，那是真理，是真实的东西，是内在的生命。外在的生命属于虚幻世界的生命，是非永久的，没有任何实质性的。
因此，心静止很重要，祖师常反复讲：“静止乃成功之本。”心静能让我们明了世理与法理，清晰如同将物件从黑暗拿到露天一样，如实了知到底为何物。所以，心静止显得格外重要。
让心不断静定于内在，能让我们摆脱魔罗的控制。魔罗一般会利用烦恼控制我们，使我们成为它的奴隶，在无知的情况下以身口意造恶。同时还利用前世的业果障碍我们，让我们无法明了解脱之道，只能历经无数的轮回转世。
不了解转世的危险，因为生命会在三界中不断流转，且无非轮回于两道之内，即善道与恶道，如此历经无数的转世。
因此，当佛陀诞生时，这些危险会消失。我们只需要遵从佛陀的教诲，放下一切，让心轻柔舒服的静定，先学会这个，并了解心静定、坠落中心以及第一个法球分别是怎样的状态，要先弄清楚这些。
接下来的时间，我们继续练习让心轻柔舒服静定，护持心保持透明光亮的同时，可以继续默念三玛阿罗汉。
