One who practices meditation regularly possesses great mindfulness and firm resolve. And with persistent practice, one develops wisdom and is able to see everything in its truest light. When problems do arise, one is able to address them correctly at their root causes. Practicing meditation regularly cultivates a mind that is peaceful and not easily distracted. With reduced distractions, one is more mindful and present. This gives way to greater understanding and awareness of oneself, of each word spoken and each action taken. By being more mindful, one \u201cthinks before speaking or carrying out an action\u201d. This helps reduce missteps and carelessness. Thus, meditation is a natural process that trains one to be more mindful and organized in one\u2019s thinking.
